Allowed and prohibited uses of Flying Car AI photos and results.
Use Flying Car AI only for lawful template edits of photos you are allowed to use.
Allowed
A driver photo of yourself, or of an adult who agreed, together with a car photo you have rights to use, for the escape templates. A car photo you have rights to use for Ramp Stunt. Consensual portrait guidance and motion transfer of a subject you have rights to are allowed. The scene stays fictional.
Not allowed
Pornographic, nude, sexually explicit, exploitative, or other sexualized content, including any sexual content involving minors. Putting a real person into another person's face, impersonation, and non-consensual face or body manipulation are prohibited. Do not use the tool for identity fraud, to bypass safety or billing, to scrape the service, or to present a result as proof of a real stunt, a partnership, or a vehicle's performance.
